Outlaw of Pastry
Will Goldfarb is an internationally acclaimed pastry chef, who has been in the spotlight for his dramatic interpretations for nearly 15 years. His brand of experiential cuisine seamlessly blends the finest elements of cutting edge gastronomy with traditional techniques and flavors, while retaining a sense of humor. Chef Goldfarb's artistic presentations and iconic imagery have been celebrated around the world.
Chef Goldfarb was recently identified in Lisa Abend's book The Sorcerer's Apprentices, regarding the stagiares of El Bulli, as one of the finest chefs in the world to pass through the El Bulli kitchen. He was also listed in Ferran Adria's recent book, Food for Art, Art for Food, as one of the most important chefs in the 20th century.
Mr. Goldfarb currently resides in Bali and directs the pastry program at KU DE TA, Seminyak, Asia's leading lifestyle destination. Here, he directs a team of 12 to complement Chef Phillip Davenport's contemporary classic menu, helping to keep KU DE TA consistently ranked as one of Asia's finest restaurants.
